Ninad has been a key figure in the Indian gaming space since its early years, following its evolution in the Indian markets closely. He has more than eight years of experience in the field of gaming and over ten years of collective experience in interactive media.

As the Executive Vice President—Operations and Production at Jump Games, Ninad is the vital force behind the smooth functioning of Jump’s production and operations. Extending his experience and expertise to project teams, he oversees project details on a day-to-day basis. He is also a key figure in the company’s decisions regarding business development and corporate strategy.

Ninad has been actively contributing to the gaming industry through his consultative affiliations with prominent organizations. He is on the core committee of FICCI FRAMES Animation and Gaming Forum—the biggest global convention in Asia for the entertainment industry.

Actively involved in furthering his gaming expertise to educational purposes; Ninad is also on the advisory board of Zee Institute of Creative Arts (ZICA), which is India’s first full-fledged animation training academy conducting programs in Interactive Game Design and Development in association with Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur.

Before joining Jump, Ninad co-founded Indiagames Limited. There he handled almost every aspect of organization structuring—team building; implementing processes and systems; creating concepts and producing content for games across platforms; managing business development; establishing the company’s presence in international markets; and overseeing operations. As the head of Indiagames’ Creative and Quality Assurance team, Ninad was also responsible for producing innovative and engaging cross-platform gaming concepts, some of which have gone to win prestigious international awards.

Before his successful stint with Indiagames, Ninad launched WITS—an interactive design agency where he was primarily involved in business promotion and consulting, project management & creation, and visualization of intellectual property.

When not working, Ninad likes to keep himself busy with the latest in the gaming space—trying his hand at the latest gaming content or researching on emerging technologies.
